GENERAL:

1.By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.

2.Buyers are subject to the provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legislation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product purchased.

3.Shipping costs for product delivery will be paid by the buyer.

4.Each product purchased is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the agreement.

5.The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the qualities specified in the order, and together with any accompanying documents such as a warranty certificate or user manual, if applicable.

6.If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this. The full amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PRICE OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

7.If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment through bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

8.If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used for payment by the buyer was used unlawfully by an unauthorized person, and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the seller for the product sold, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost to be borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES:

9.If circumstances of force majeure that the seller could not have foreseen occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order and paid in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days of the cancellation. If the buyer paid by credit card and cancels, the amount will likewise be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation, although it may take the bank 2-3 weeks to credit it to the buyer's account.

THE BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

10.The buyer will inspect the goods/service subject to the agreement before accepting delivery, and will not accept delivery of goods/services that are damaged or defective — for example, dented, broken, or with torn packaging — from the shipping company. Goods/services accepted at delivery will be deemed undamaged and intact. After delivery, the buyer must take proper care of the goods/service. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned along with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

11.The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address they specified, by notifying the seller through the contact information below, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

13.If the buyer has purchased a service, this 14-day period begins on the date the agreement is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service agreements where performance of the service has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period has expired.

14.Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

15.To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the seller within 14 (fourteen) days by registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email, and the product must not have been used, in accordance with the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" provisions of this agreement.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

16.The invoice for the product delivered to a third party or to the buyer (if the invoice for the product to be returned was issued to a company, it must be returned together with a return invoice issued by that company. Order returns invoiced to a company cannot be completed without a RETURN INVOICE.)

17.The return form must be submitted, and the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging, and any standard accessories.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

18.The seller is obligated to refund the total amount and return any documents that place the buyer under obligation, within 10 days at most of receiving the withdrawal notice, and to take back the product within 20 days.

19.If the value of the product decreases due to a fault of the buyer, or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obligated to compensate the seller's losses in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from the proper use of the goods or product during the withdrawal period.

20.If exercising the right of withdrawal results in falling below the campaign threshold set by the seller, any discount benefited from under that campaign will be cancelled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:

21.Products prepared at the buyer's request or clearly to their personal specifications and not suitable for return; underwear bottoms, swimsuit and bikini bottoms, cosmetics, single-use products, goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiry date may pass; products whose return would be inappropriate for health and hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened by the buyer after delivery; products that become mixed with other items after delivery and cannot by their nature be separated; periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those supplied under a subscription agreement; services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer; and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, and computer consumables whose packaging has been opened by the buyer, cannot be returned in accordance with the Regulation. In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, in accordance with the Regulation, for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period has expired.

22.For cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.

DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

23.If the buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, the buyer accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest under the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and will be liable to that bank. In this case, the bank in question may pursue legal remedies and may claim any resulting costs and attorney's fees from the buyer; and in all cases, should the buyer default on their debt, the buyer accepts that they will compensate the seller for any loss or damage arising from the delayed performance of the debt.
