The Unilevel earning system is the most common and easiest compensation system used by network companies. In this system, an unlimited number of new members can be registered under a single person. Anyone already in the system can add new members directly beneath themselves.

Person A can add an unlimited number of people directly beneath themselves. Each person added has the same right to add as many people as they want beneath their own level, in turn.

The biggest advantage of the Unilevel earning system is that, since there's no limit on the number of people you can add directly beneath yourself, there's no limit on earnings either. The more new members, the more earnings.

How is a Unilevel Compensation Plan Structured?

In this plan, all members at the same level earn the same amount. Depth limits only apply to the commissions received. Members typically earn from sales and new member additions down to the 5th-7th depth level. Some users consider this depth limit a disadvantage, since earnings would keep increasing with sales potential as depth grows — but in this system, depth is capped.

Network companies need a system to define the compensation plan, set depth limits, and configure commission percentages tier by tier.
